I just sent the recipe and several pictures to the local hinterland paper. I hope the editor likes my recipe for the December edition. She'll respond by the end of the day. In the meantime, after all my hard prepping, food styling and photo shooting, I get to enjoy a piece. With extra mango. Yummo. Where's the recipe you ask? Do I dare release it before it's published?
